How It All Started
We opened up on January 1, 2019. We had originally closed down our business because we didn’t have time for what truly mattered: family. However, we ironed out the details, reprioritized ourselves, and conducted comprehensive research in the construction and roofing industries. Once we had gathered all the industry information and had hands-on experience in both areas, we were ready to reopen our business as a construction and roofing company.
Our Values as a Family
We place an emphasis on “family,” and our team is a closely knitted community. We agreed upon core values and to hold each other accountable. The core values are the foundation of our company. They make the workplace a much more relaxed and fun environment. We wanted our company to be very family-oriented, so we have mandatory 4-day vacations for all project managers once a month and mandatory date nights with spouses once a week.
Our goal is to make every employee and customer feel respected and cared for. We will treat you like our very own family. We demonstrate our commitment by never cutting any corners and by providing timely solutions for any type of roofing or construction project.
